About The Role
As an Analytics Engineer Intern within The RealReal's Accounting team, you will focus on the automation of financial reporting processes, employing state-of-the-art tools to design, build, and optimize reports and financial models. You will also play a key part in identifying anomalies in financial data through advanced detection techniques, ensuring that data integrity and quality are maintained at the highest standard.
**This is a 10 week internship from 6/2/2025 - 8/8/2025.**

Minimum Requirements:
Full-time
(minimum 12 credit hours)
undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or Accounting graduating after December 2025
Analytical thinking and curiosity
Genuine passion for innovation
Problem solving mentality
Familiarity with technology and automation
Preferred Requirements:
Coding skills in SQL and Python

The expected hourly rate for this role is 30.00-35.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
