About The Role The Social Media Intern plays both a creative and tactical role in creation of The RealReal's organic and paid social media content. This position requires a passion for social media, fashion, and the circular economy that translates to compelling and emotional social content for all channels. Through close partnership with the rest of the brand team, creative and marketing, the Social Media Intern ensures we are actively engaged with and responsive to our community.

**This is a 10 week internship from 6/2/2025 - 8/8/2025.**

Minimum Requirements:

Full-time

(minimum 12 credit hours)

undergraduate student pursuing a degree in marketing, digital marketing, journalism, or business management graduating after December 2025 Equally adept at big picture thinking and tactical execution Strategic thinker who demonstrates sound judgment Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt to conversational style for social Results-oriented self-starter able to multitask and prioritize workload Detail oriented and organized Team player with a collaborative approach Preferred Requirements:

Experience with native in app editing

The expected hourly rate for this role is 20.00-25.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.

At our 13 retail locations, including our twelve shoppable stores, customers can sell, meet with our experts and receive free valuations.
