Responsibilities include:
• Efficiently processing mails and ensuring their proper dispatch
• Performing various clerical duties to support the team and office operations
• Utilizing computer programs for various tasks as required
• Paying meticulous attention to details in all tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth office operations
• Stuffing and sealing envelopes as part of the mail processing duties.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related field• Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to perform clerical duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Experience in processing mail, including sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
• Skilled in stuffing envelopes for mass mailings
• High school diploma or equivalent is a requirement
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under limited supervision
