General Liability Attorney
Our client, a distinguished law firm with a strong reputation in liability defense, is seeking a dedicated and talented Liability Attorney to join their Virginia team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled attorney to advance their career in a dynamic and client-focused legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of liability defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, and related cases.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, represent clients at hearings, and participate in trials as needed.
- Provide effective legal counsel and advocacy tailored to client objectives.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Minimum 1850 annual billable hours.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in liability defense or general litigation matters.
- Must be Bar licensed in Virginia, in good standing.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Herndon, Virginia.
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
