About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished and dynamic professional to serve as the Vice President of Home Printing Systems Category reporting directly to the SVP and Chief Operating Officer for Worldwide Print Business.
In this global leadership position, you will oversee the development and execution of the strategy and profitability for the Home Printing Systems Category worldwide. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding autonomy, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across all organizational levels, while representing the business with authority and influence.
Position Overview
- Responsible for developing and running the Home Print Systems (HPS) Category business worldwide. Defining the strategies and plans across the world with the market teams.
- Accountable for having the 4P plans across the world. Identify opportunities and address them through the market teams.
- Manage WW team of Managers & Directors covering Market Business Leaders, Product Managers, Program Leader, and Business Management.
- Influence strategy and collaborate with WW GBU by providing clear market requirements.
- Drive market delivery of Budget and Flash balanced scorecard (Revenue, OOP, T1 CI, T2 CI, Market Share and HOI) in a predictable and reliable manner.
- Manage Contra and OPEX in support of 4P consistency and within budget.
- Continue transformation journey to drive 4P consistency and long-term end-to-end efficiencies.

Education and Experience
- 15+ years of business experience in Marketing, Business development, Partner Management, Finance or Category.
- 15+ years of people management experience.
- Strong track record of customer empathy and a focus on partner engagement.
- Documented history of consistent success and goal achievement.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to manage a business or process.
- Proven business development and execution management experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.
- Simplifier: Able to take complex problems and vague visions and turn them into a simple model for others to follow.

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $250K to $350K annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
