Description of the role:
Blasius Auto Group is seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Brookfield, Connecticut. As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to team members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Handle phone calls and inquiries from clients, suppliers, and employees
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Manage office budget and expenses
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
