Description of the role:

Blasius Auto Group is seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Brookfield, Connecticut. As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily office operations
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries from clients, suppliers, and employees
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Manage office budget and expenses
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
