Description of the Role:

Garrett Motors, a reputable company based in Coolidge, Arizona, is currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations
  • Organize and maintain company files, documents, and records
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members
  • Assist in managing New, Used, and Parts Inventories
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role at an Automotive dealership (GM Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of advanced accounting principles
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn & work hard
