Corporate Marketing Manager focused on Events and Messaging

at Zip, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering our corporate narrative, event content, and integrated marketing campaigns. You will be the driving force behind compelling messaging and thought leadership event content that positions Zip as an industry leader. Your work will span across first-party events, third-party conferences, and webinars, as well as integrated quarterly campaigns and company milestones. Collaborating across teams, you’ll align corporate messaging with product marketing initiatives and growth strategies, ensuring impactful execution across the entire marketing funnel. 1. Thought Leadership & Event Content Develop and own messaging and presentation content for Zip’s premier events, including

Zip Forward

and

Zip Exec Summits , as well as numerous third-party conferences, webinars, and partner engagements.

Create executive keynote presentations, prepare speakers, and craft thought leadership materials that position Zip as a leading voice in procurement and finance.

2. Corporate Narrative & Messaging Define and manage Zip’s annual corporate narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across all quarterly brand campaigns and marketing assets.

Own foundational corporate messaging such as the corporate pitch deck, boilerplate messaging, and corporate website copy, ensuring resonance with audiences across all platforms.

3. Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution Lead the development, messaging, and execution of quarterly integrated campaigns that address industry trends, corporate milestones, and product launches.

Partner closely with Product Marketing and Growth teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned to Tier 1 product launches and full funnel marketing tactics.

Qualifications 3-5+ years

of experience in corporate marketing, product marketing, or events marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creating impactful presentation content and collateral.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams including content, product marketing, events, customer marketing, and design.

Strong project management skills with attention to detail and timelines.

Familiarity with procurement, finance, or B2B industries is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise. Perks & Benefits
