LHH is hiring a Front Office Administrative Assistant for a company in the Greater Milwaukee Area. Day to day you would act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, as well as support HR & finance.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Schedule conference room bookings and catering orders
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Maintaining office supplies and coordinating with facilities for repairs or maintenance as needed.
Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails, distributing correspondence to the relevant recipients
Provide project support on new initiatives
Additional duties as assigned
Type: temporary to hire
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 an hour
Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm
