Bilingual Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working on behalf of a construction organization in Downtown Phoenix. This company is in search of a full time Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will be primarily supporting the HR department. The schedule is Monday-Friday and has either a 6am, 630am or 7am start time. The hourly rate is 19/hr.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with scheduling, organizing, and maintaining employee records
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Provide bilingual support to staff, ensuring clear communication between English and Spanish-speaking employees
- Help coordinate and prepare HR-related documentation, including employment forms and reports
- Assist with onboarding and employee orientation processes
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the HR department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both written and verbal communication)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction industry experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
