Customer Service and Scheduling Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company in Chandler. This organization is in search of a full time customer service and scheduler. This job is Monday-Friday 9am-530pm, fully in office.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between clients, subcontractors, and technicians. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy helping others, I want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines with clients and subcontractors.
- Maintain and update project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and scheduling activities.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or scheduling, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
