Recruiter
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job , located in Brooklyn, New York . This is a Contract to Hire role for someone with prior recruiting experience in the nonprofit industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Discover opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and boost efficiency, proposing enhancements to current procedures.
  • Take part in special projects related to recruitment initiatives and process optimization.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews with candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Collaborate with HR team members, hiring managers, and external agencies to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including generating reports, organizing recruitment events, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Manage and organize recruitment-related documents, such as resumes, applications, and interview notes, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the employer brand to attract potential candidates.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in the nonprofit industry
  • ATS experience
Employment Type: Contract to Hire, Hybrid
Salary: $28-32/hr
 

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
