LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job , located in Brooklyn, New York . This is a Contract to Hire role for someone with prior recruiting experience in the nonprofit industry.
Responsibilities:
Salary: $28-32/hr
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Discover opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and boost efficiency, proposing enhancements to current procedures.
- Take part in special projects related to recruitment initiatives and process optimization.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with HR team members, hiring managers, and external agencies to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including generating reports, organizing recruitment events, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Manage and organize recruitment-related documents, such as resumes, applications, and interview notes, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the employer brand to attract potential candidates.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in the nonprofit industry
- ATS experience
