Sr. Technical Recruiter
LHH is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of experience recruiting Senior and VP level candidates. The ideal candidate will be available immediately for a 1 year contract position and be able to sit hybrid in McLean, VA. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage sourcing, administrative tasks, and foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Provide recruiting services that align with our established processes, standards, and systems.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for complex, high-level, and specialized roles across diverse and technical client groups.
  • Independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle with a focus on meeting time-to-fill goals.
  • Develop and implement a proactive sourcing strategy to ensure a continuous stream of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Demonstrate strong client and candidate management skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies independently, utilizing networking, cold calling, social media, and industry insights to attract top talent.
  • Serve as a recruitment partner and subject matter expert to business leaders, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify root causes of complex recruiting challenges and implement solutions to address immediate issues while preventing future obstacles.
  • Navigate ambiguous situations with confidence, drawing on expertise and problem-solving skills to respond effectively.
  • Screen and assess candidates, provide coaching to the hiring team, and manage negotiations to secure top talent.
  • Lead and facilitate decision-making meetings with hiring teams to ensure alignment on recruitment strategy.
  • Operate autonomously when designing and executing recruitment initiatives and strategies.
  • Ensure precise attention to detail and flawless execution in requisition management and processing.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence, particularly for supporting Director-level and senior hiring needs.
  • Ability to independently manage the full recruitment desk, including sourcing and relationship management.
  • Experience working autonomously to meet hiring goals and deliver results.
  • 2+ years of experience in collaborating with recruiting leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.


Pay Details: $57.00 to $63.00 per hour
