We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our client’s team on a temporary-to-hire basis located near Hoffman Estates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their accounting career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record daily financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, etc.)
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate accounting files and records
- Handle data entry and reconcile discrepancies
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
