Entegee is hiring: Accounting Associate in Streetsboro

Summary: Seeking an Accounting Associate to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes
• Proficient in data entry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Support SOX documentation and testing requirements

Responsibilities:

• Process high volume of accounts payables invoices including validating information to prevent fraud
• Ensure proper accounts are charged for invoices
• Uncover and help solve discrepancies between the POs and the invoice
• Assist with accounts receivable invoicing and updating customer portals
• Assist with month-end close entries and account reconciliations
• Support business system analytics by generating, collating, and circulating reports

Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
