We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team and support our growth by finding and attracting top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source and engage passive and active candidates .
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience , including scheduling interviews and providing timely updates.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Represent the company at local career fairs and networking events.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (internship or 1+ year of experience preferred).
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
