We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join our team in Palo Alto, California. In this role, you will be mainly focused on processing and managing HR-related duties. This job offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
• Oversee employee relations and address employee concerns effectively
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Manage and process payroll using ADP and Ceridian systems
• Monitor and maintain accurate employee records using ADP Workforce Now and Dayforce
• Handle benefits functions, including FMLA administration
• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient HR operations
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills while interacting with employees and management
• Stay updated with changes in financial services industry to ensure compliance.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must.
• Experience with Ceridian is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Dayforce is required.
• Ability to manage Benefit Functions effectively.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of Compliance within a HR context.
• Proven experience in Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) is essential.
