Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires initiative, flexibility, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace and professionalism. Over time, you will cultivate strong partnerships with leadership and their teams, providing opportunities for special projects and career growth.
**Please note that this is a 2 month, onsite role, in Seattle, WA. The pay will be $27/hr.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support to the leadership team across multiple sites.
- Proactively plan and organize events, activities, and calendars, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Manage complex scheduling requirements, collaborating effectively with other assistants.
- Act as a liaison across sites, navigating time zones and global holidays to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
- Drive key team activities, including setting agendas for staff meetings, organizing all-hands meetings, and supporting customer engagements.
- Oversee group logistics, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in a professional setting.
- Proven expertise in executive-level calendar management.
- Strong experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
