Our client, a major employer in the area, is looking for Recruiting Coordinator to be part of its team in its North American operations.

Requirements:
Who We're Looking For:
  • Client's Data & Technology (D&T) team is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to fill a role as a Recruiting Coordinator. This role will play a critical part supporting the recruitment processes and programs for the Data & Technology organization.
  • Reporting to the Engagement Manager, Data and Technology, the person in this role will support approximately 3-4 recruiters and work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • This role is located at our Plano, TX headquarters and is hybrid in nature, with a mix of in office days and some days working remotely; this could change in the future based on business needs. Candidates are expected to live within a commutable distance to Plano, TX.
What you'll be doing:
  • Schedule interviews and manage the interview process, including sending interview confirmations, coordinating with hiring managers and interviewers, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and assistance as needed.
  • Provide onsite interview coordination and assistance for candidates and interviewers.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities, including logistics, materials preparation, and attendee communication.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate information is accurately recorded and up to date.
  • ssist recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed to track key performance indicators and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by sourcing and engaging with diverse talent to promote a more inclusive workforce at client.

Requirement:
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree
  • t least 3 year or more of experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration, internships are included
  • Hands on experience using Workday Recruit

bonus if you have:
  • Hands on experience using Phenom, or a like CRM, Calendly or a like auto scheduling tool
  • Experience with event coordination and/or college recruiting
