PLEASE NOTE, we will not be engaging candidates with less than 3 years and more than 10 years of total experience.
Job stability is very important, at least 1 year in all roles, preferably 2.
We don't want a candidate who has done only contract roles. Some contract is ok, but they need to have been FT somewhere.

Who We're Looking For:
looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to fill a role as a Recruiting Coordinator.
This role will play a critical part supporting the recruitment processes and programs for the Data & Technology organization.
Reporting to the Engagement Manager, Data and Technology, the person in this role will support approximately 3-4 recruiters and work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
This role is located at our Plano, TX headquarters and is hybrid in nature, with a mix of in office days and some days working remotely; this could change in the future based on business needs.
Candidates are expected to live within a commutable distance to Plano, TX.
What you'll be doing:
Schedule interviews and manage the interview process, including sending interview confirmations, coordinating with hiring managers and interviewers, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and assistance as needed.
Provide onsite interview coordination and assistance for candidates and interviewers.
Coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities, including logistics, materials preparation, and attendee communication.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate information is accurately recorded and up to date.
Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed to track key performance indicators and provide insights for process improvement.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by sourcing and engaging with diverse talent to promote a more inclusive workforce at TFS.
What You Bring:
bachelor's degree
At least 3 year or more of experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration, internships are included
Hands on experience using Workday Recruit
A bonus if you have:
Hands on experience using Phenom, or a like CRM, Calendly or a like auto scheduling tool
Experience with event coordination and/or college recruiting
Experience level: 3 to 6 Years
