Job Description Mars Veterinary Health is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to the Medical Affairs team. This individual will mainly be responsible for providing application support for MVH's proprietary patient safety reporting system, Halo. This individual can expect heavy involvement in ServiceNow for system maintenance, deployment, weekly scrums, ad hoc requests, IAM, and QA regression testing. You will also be working closely with the IT PMO and IT Data Teams. Therefore, a technical background and excellent communication skills are a must to effectively collaborate with ServiceNow admins, developers and cross-functional teams. This individual will collaborate significantly with stakeholders and will be responsible for managing product backlog tasks such as: resourcing, prioritization, progress evaluation, and tracking process/outcomes metrics. Skills and Requirements 5 years' experience in a BSA or similar technical role Application Support Experience Experience managing tickets and applications in ServiceNow. Familiarity managing access and permission requests within Active Directory Excellent communicator and collaborator. Experience with QA/ regression testing. - Healthcare background Experience in developing and managing user stories.
