Assembler - entry-level position

Here's what you'd do: * The primary responsibility is to assemble products per work instructions. * This is an entry-level position with training and support provided to ensure the successful assembly of the product. * Read work instructions, verify work instructions match assignment. * Learn new work instructions as needed. Collect required materials from bins. * Set up workstations per work instructions. Assemble parts and inspect own work as instructed. * Complete required training in a timely manner. * Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested. * Assist with other projects as requested by a member of management. * Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as required in work instructions. * Verify work instructions match assignment Here's what you'll get: Pay: $18.00 / hr. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED. * Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience * Minimum of 1 year of soldering experience Preferred Skills / Qualifications: * IPC soldering certification * Ability to read/write/communicate in English language * Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions. * Ability to understand verbal work instructions. * Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence. * Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; * Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance * Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions; * Basic computer skills.
