Manage project teams and support in the development of deliverables Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies for top-tier financial services and organizations Support and share knowledge with project teams and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first Manage project teams, deliverables, and budgets across workflows Show clients where and how to benefit from a more flexible workforce Use design-led thinking to improve customer experience Sales & Origination
Help the campaign drive forward by diagnosing problems and creating the business cases to show why clients need to consider transformations moving forward Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect our clients' business and ours Here’s what you need: 5+ years of experience working in Finance, Risk or Compliance within the banking, capital markets, wealth management, retirement or payment industries (including knowledge of the Basel Accord, Dodd Frank, FBO, FINRA, SEC, FinCEN, OCC, FDIC, CCAR, etc.) 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following (Audit, Risk and Controls, Fraud, FinCrime, AML, KYC, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring) 3+ years of experience in Finance, Risk or Compliance role for a management consulting firm serving the FS industry 2+ years of experience that include regulatory guidance or compliance domain Bonus points if: You have transformation strategy or operating model design experience Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Ability to support the creation of business cases that are the basis for large enterprise wide initiatives Experience in building next generation analytics capabilities (e.g., GenAI, data models) in the Finance, Risk and Compliance space Knowledge about risk operating models, regulatory must-dos, and compliance standards Understanding of compliance process design and re-engineering Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Good time management skills and the ability to balance project work and proposals/business development at once Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
