Responsibilities:
• Handling client document scanning with precision and care
• Preparing and dispatching items through the mail system
• Updating and managing tasks within our workflow software
• Printing and organizing tax returns accurately
• Assisting with front desk duties, including phone handling and reception
• Utilizing various software tools such as Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks
• Offering top-notch customer service, including answering inbound calls and email correspondence
• Conducting data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy
• Managing inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills and experience
• Experience in answering inbound and making outbound calls
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy
• Experience with email correspondence, ensuring detail oriented and timely responses
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
