Trust & Estate Associate Attorney - Center City, Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time, Direct Hire
We are partnering with a respected boutique law firm in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia, to find a Trust & Estate / Private Client Associate Attorney. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of estate planning, probate, and trust administration cases, including preparing and filing estate tax returns.
- Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and other related legal documents.
- Advise clients on tax strategies, wealth transfer, and asset protection, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Represent clients in estate and trust litigation matters before Orphans' Court.
- Foster long-term client relationships through regular communication and trust management, partnering with families and other legal professionals.
- Handle client billing, case correspondence, and file management with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school.
- At least 1-2+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates law, with a preference for candidates holding an LLM degree.
- Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction (Pennsylvania).
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and estate tax laws.
- Ability to draft legal documents and provide strategic advice regarding wealth transfer and asset protection.
- Familiarity with federal tax returns and estate tax laws.
