Responsibilities:
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data and partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify trends and patterns for data analysis.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to excel in a complex, matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to take ideas and concepts and turn them into reality.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong written, presentation, and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Effective, result-oriented problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • At least 5 years of experience in culture and engagement programs
  • Experience in Aerospace.
  • Experience working in a multi-functional, international environment.
  • Experience in budget management and tracking is highly preferred.
