LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced People, Culture, and Governance Manager to join our client’s team. This opportunity with a non-profit organization offers a flexible hybrid work schedule and excellent prospects for career growth. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to cultivate a positive workplace culture, champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, and uphold governance excellence. Candidates must have prior experience implementing and managing diversity and inclusion programs in their previous roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals

  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to promote an inclusive workplace

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance cultural competence and employee engagement

  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries

  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend actionable solutions to improve workplace culture

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inclusive practices across the organization

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies

  • Handle employee relations matters, conducting investigations and resolving issues as needed


Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in human resources, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

  • Non-profit industry experience is a plus

  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite


Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Full-time

  • Onsite/Hybrid schedule

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


Details:

  • Located in University City, San Diego

  • Contract to hire role

  • Compensation: $92,000-$105,000 annually DOE

Pay Details: $92,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
