Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive Assistant to join our client’s team in Rancho Santa Fe. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Assist with project management and follow-up on action items
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining filing systems
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite
Monday – Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Contract to hire
Compensation: $21.00-$26.00 per hour DOE
