Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, providing a welcoming and detail oriented presence
• Effectively manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered and directed appropriately
• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Manage the database, ensuring all records and files are organized and easily accessible
• Handle admission calls, providing accurate information and superior customer service
• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Use strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff, students, and visitors
• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring all parties are informed of the date, time, and location.• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Must be competent in data entry tasks.
• Experience with email correspondence is necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills are crucial.
