Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and efficiently transfer them to the appropriate parties.
• Handle the intake of lead information and enter the details into the Salesforce system.
• Facilitate effective communication in Spanish to cater to our bilingual customer base.
• Retrieve and distribute the mail to the respective managers in a timely manner.
• Monitor walk-ins and assist potential clients with in-person applications.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked office by ordering necessary supplies as needed.
• Proficiency in English and Creole languages is essential, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or similar customer-facing role is required.
• Demonstrable ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a detail-oriented and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed, including some weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to continually learn and improve skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
