We are seeking a Receptionist to become a part of our Property Management team!
Responsibilities:
- Answer a multi line phone system and transfer appropriate calls to each respective department
- Check and respond to email inquiries
- Greet visitors and manage waiting area and conference rooms
- Collect and process tenant applications
- Accept documents such as invoices, informational notices, and processing daily mail intake
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist experience is helpful but not required. Previous experience in property management is highly valuable.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Familiarity with computer data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
