We have designed our service offerings to fit the needs of building owners, property management companies, operating engineers, and engineering firms in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. Providing service and installation for HVAC mechanical systems and building automation systems. Working in commercial offices, light industrial, hotel & hospitality, health care and critical facility operations.

At Tryg Group the Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for an organization, providing a welcoming environment for clients, customers, and visitors. This role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining an organized office environment.

Position: Receptionist

Pay: $19.00 - 24.00 per hour

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for executives and/or departments
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence (emails and mail)
  • Ensure visitors sign in, issue visitor badges, and direct them to appropriate contacts
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized, with materials like brochures and magazines appropriately displayed
  • Provide assistance to other staff members with basic administrative or organizational tasks
  • Any other duties as directed by the Director of Operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (copiers, printers, phone systems)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with professional etiquette
  • Ability to handle unexpected situations with poise and efficiency
  • Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong organization skills

Candidates will be required to pass a drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
