$40,000 - $47,000 yearly

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
• Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly
• Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
• Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.

• Making sure the break room and conference rooms are set up and clean for visitors and closings
• Building relationships with our visitors - including borrowers, real estate professionals, and our internal team members
• Assisting with interviews and ensuring an overall top-notch experience for anyone who comes through our front doors!

• At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
