We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Recruiter in Downtown Dallas (100% on-site). This role is within the non-profit industry, where you will be instrumental in facilitating both the recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as assisting in learning and development initiatives.


Responsibilities:


• Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of experience in candidates

• Utilize various platforms to post job openings and manage our applicant tracking system

• Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with relevant hiring managers

• Execute reference checks and background verifications when required

• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and distributing necessary materials and documentation

• Lead orientation sessions to acquaint new employees with the organization’s culture, policies, and procedures

• Assist in identifying training needs and developing appropriate training programs

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring effective delivery of training content

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as required.

• Experience in conducting Background Checks
• Understanding of Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to handle Volume Recruiting
• Proficiency in Recruitment - High Volume
• Knowledge of effective Recruiting Strategies

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter tool
