Contract Type:W2 Duration: 9+ months Location: Atlanta, GA & Austin, TX (Hybrid) Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on w2 Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Global People Team, specializing in Executive Talent Acquisitions. The successful candidate will be pivotal in leading executive search research, market mapping, and talent profiling to drive client's business growth through strategic talent sourcing. This role demands a high level of proficiency in candidate relationship management, preparation of impactful progress reports, and offering strategic advisory to enhance our executive hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead Executive Search research, including market mapping, talent profiling, and analysis related to Executive Talent Acquisition. Support Executive TA Recruiters across the full lifecycle of the hiring process, ensuring top diverse talent sourcing from analogous industries. Develop and manage candidate relationships across all acquisition channels, ensuring a robust tracking system on the company's CRM. Prepare and present progress reports, documents, and market analysis to leadership, adding value to the Executive Talent Acquisition strategic agenda. Own specific initiatives/projects as delegated by the Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, helping to position client's as a leading technology payments organization globally. Must-Have Skills: Robust assessment, evaluation, and analytical skills. Deep knowledge of executive search tools and technologies. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. Domain/Industry Experience: 7-15 years in Executive Search, particularly within FinTech or analogous industries. Expertise in innovative tech and payment sectors is highly desirable.
