For more information, please visit www.verathon.com. Overview Verathon is looking for a Recruiter to become the newest member of our HR Team located in Bothell, WA. The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment efforts for staff located in our corporate offices in Bothell, WA and Burnaby BC as well as remote-based positions in North America. The Recruiter works closely with business leadership to align talent acquisition support around business strategies and long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have previous full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess a strong consultative approach to talent acquisition. This is a remote based position but must reside within the Greater Seattle area in order to manage onsite interviews at our corporate offices and attend onsite meetings. Responsibilities Perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, in-person and virtual interviews, offer negotiations and reference checks Implement creative and targeted recruitment strategies to help build robust pipeline of strong talent across a variety of corporate roles, including management positions Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure strong focus on raising the talent bar Utilize recruiting knowledge and external candidate/market information to ensure the best recruitment strategy is being utilized Develop relationships with key partners to ensure a strong pipeline for diverse talent Ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines are met throughout every stage of the recruitment process Conduct ongoing research to identify new job boards, posting sites, sourcing tools, educational institutions and other relevant associations Represent the company at career fair and networking events as needed Participate in a variety of recruitment projects and initiatives as needed including social media work and interviewing workshops Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required 3+ years of recruiting experience is required Prior experience with applicant tracking systems is required; iCIMS experience preferred Experience recruiting a variety of professionals in a corporate environment with success in proactively sourcing talent Must be detail oriented and extremely organized Must have strong business acumen to understand the role of talent management within a growing, global organization Must have the ability to develop relationships across all levels of the organization Ability to multi-task and deliver results within established timeframes is a must The hourly pay rate for this temporary role is $50-60 p/hr.
