Job Title: HR Coordinator (4-Month Contract)
Location: Seattle, WA
LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a 4-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our HR initiatives.
This HR Coordinator is fully onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
- Coordinate HR events and training sessions.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
