We are seeking an HR Systems Manager to join our team in Selbyville, Delaware. As an HR Systems Manager, your primary role will be to manage and optimize our Human Resources systems and processes. You will also participate in project management for key HR initiatives, maintain the organization's design and structure, and formulate strategies for internal HR procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee key Human Resources initiatives, including the Oracle HCM platform, annual compensation, total rewards programs, and policy creation and maintenance.
• Formulate strategies to optimize internal Human Resources standard operating procedures, policies, and practices.
• Maintain and provide suggestions on the organizational design and structure.
• Lead innovative and collaborative business solutions, and provide direction and support to your team.
• Develop reporting and analysis recommendations to measure program effectiveness, planning, and decision making.
• Maintain and audit records of activities, ensuring compliance with HR governance.
• Use data to develop short and long-term objectives for the Human Resources department.
• Manage the HR SharePoint and HR analytics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting to maintain an accurate staffing budget and annual budget process.
• Research and benchmark compensation practices to maintain a competitive position.

The ideal HR Systems Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Other requirements for the HR Systems Manager role include and are not limited to:
· 10-15 years of human resources systems experience
· SPHR, CCP certifications preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Oracle preferred
· Excellent communication skills
