Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Compensation: $25-30/hr. USD
Work Hours: 8am- 5pm
Location: Near Fairivew- In office
We are seeking an organized and proactive Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing HR support. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Below are more details.
In this role, you will:
Process payroll on a bi-weekly and monthly basis for employees.
Manage employee benefits and work with brokers to negotiate and administer plans.
Answer employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
Submit monthly financial statements to the accountant for review.
To be a fit, you must have:
At least 2 years of experience running payroll, including knowledge of payroll software.
Experience with employee benefits administration
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with accounting and payroll software.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
