The role entails overseeing payroll, recruitment, and benefits administration, as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process
• Handle employee onboarding tasks effectively
• Administer benefits and manage their distribution
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Oversee the payroll management process
• Handle workers' compensation claims efficiently
• Conduct annual reviews for employees
• Manage drug testing processes for employees
• Maintain open lines of communication for effective employee relations
• Oversee various benefit functions within the organization.• Proficiency in managing benefit functions, including insurance and compensation plans
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective liaison across all organizational levels
• Demonstrable knowledge of compliance regulations and employment laws to ensure company policies adhere to legal standards
• Experience in handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Familiarity with hiring processes, including recruitment, interview facilitation, and onboarding
• Expertise in payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing for all employees
