We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrator, HR Support (Data Administration) in the agriculture industry based in Loveland, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries and will be responsible for processing high volumes of data transactions to support various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees seeking additional information relevant to HR Services
• Process and manage a variety of inquiries received by telephone or the case management system related to HR or Payroll Policies and Processes
• Ensure accurate and efficient job-event HR transactional and data changes
• Offer guidance and support in relation to Benefit and Retirement questions, assist with enrollment, and ensure that all appropriate paperwork and information is received
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and other departments to resolve questions and processing issues
• Maintain effective and accurate information received into the HRSC via Service Now case management
• Participate in HRSC projects or support other HR colleagues as required
• Develop a good understanding of HR policies and procedures to make administrative and procedural recommendations
• Achieve mastery of HRSC knowledge by engaging in cross-training activities to upskill your ongoing personal knowledge and experience of all areas within the HRSSC group
• Support employees with password resets, walking through provider tools, and help with technical issues where able
• Review and analyze data for accuracy and completeness.• Possess strong customer service skills with an ability to handle queries and issues effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in data entry and reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in delivering training on procedures and policy matters to staff
• Knowledge of payroll review and processing, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration, including 'About Time' and 'Benefit Functions'
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to HR data administration
• Experience in handling paperwork and maintaining regulation standards
• Proven track record of driving progress in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive HR information
• Experience in KPI Reporting and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Understanding of business process functions and ERP solutions
• Experience in HR case management, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
