Professional Search Group (PSG) is seeking an energetic HR Admin to join our client’s team on-site in Long Beach. This temporary, role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for people, and a knack for multitasking. If you have experience with ADP, Canva, or PowerPoint, that’s a big plus! You’ll be an integral part of our HR team, supporting various administrative and project-based tasks while ensuring smooth experience for new hires and current employees. This is covering a Leave of Absence until March.

Key Responsibilities
· Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assist with hiring efforts.
· Coordinate new hire orientations, ensuring a welcoming and thorough onboarding experience.
· Perform filing and data entry into ADP (prior experience with ADP is a huge advantage).
· Create and manage our monthly digital newsletter using Canva or PowerPoint.
· Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain an organized workspace.
· Support special projects, such as the implementation of an employee recognition program launching in January.
· Assist with safety initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.
· Help organize events and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
· 1+ years of HR administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva is a plus.
· Familiarity with ADP for HR processes is highly desirable.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
