Paraprofessional - Guilford, CT

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district in Guilford, CT. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational experience of students who need additional support.

• Position: Paraprofessional
• Location: Guilford, CT
• Duration: Full-time
• Start Date: ASAP
• Grade Levels: K-12 (depending on assignment)

• Assist teachers in delivering instruction and implementing lesson plans.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with academic, behavioral, or physical needs.
• Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Help students with daily activities, including personal care, if required.
• Monitor student progress and municate effectively with teachers and staff.
• Support students in developing social and emotional skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous experience working with children, especially in an educational setting, is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
