Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district in Kenmore, WA. The ideal candidate will assist teachers and staff in providing tailored support to students, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Work with individual students or small groups to provide additional instructional assistance.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Provide support for students with special needs, including those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Document and report student progress and any concerns to the teacher or school staff.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging educational environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred).
• Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is highly valued.
• Strong munication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with educational tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of or experience with IEPs or special education environments is a plus.
