Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: North Providence, RI

We are seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in North Providence, RI. The RBT will work closely with students who have behavioral challenges, implementing individualized treatment plans to help them achieve academic and social success.

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to address behavioral needs.
• Collect data on student progress and report findings to the supervising BCBA.
• Support students in improving social, academic, and munication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a positive learning environment.
• Assist in training and educating staff and parents on behavioral strategies.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for students at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in a related field preferred.

• Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
