HR Generalist (CONTRACT)


You are a detail-oriented and people-focused HR professional dedicated to supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture.


This position pays: $30–$35 per hour


Location: Folsom, CA (on-site)


What you will be doing:

  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support performance management and employee relations initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with audits and reporting.


What you bring:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
