Job Title: HR Associate
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Type of Employment: Temp to Permanent
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: 100% in Office
Hourly Rate: $25/hr - $28/hr
Job Summary:
A school in Philadelphia, PA is working with LHH to hire a temp to permanent HR Associate. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5PM and must have flexibility to work during various school events with appropriate notice. The qualified candidate should have at least 2 years of related HR experience.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the first POC for employees as it pertains to HR questions
• Respond to incoming emails in the HR inbox
• Maintain paper and electronic employee files
• Conduct new hire orientation and provide necessary new hire packets and information to employees
• Assist with processing FMLA and STD
• Compile HR reporting and analysis
• Assist with benefits administration
• Act as a go to for all other additional tasks as needed
Required Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Associate
• Experience working within a HRIS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of PA employment laws
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
