HR Generalist

Compensation: $28-32hr
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations, including compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. This role partners closely with leadership to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll coordination.
  • Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
