We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Executive Assistant in the service industry, based in Los Angeles, California. This role will primarily involve supporting C-suite executives, with a portion of time spent in the office.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls using Cisco Webex Meetings
• Assist with financial services tasks, including use of ADP
• Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate record keeping
• Use Concur for expense management and reporting
• Efficiently manage time and tasks using Kronos Timekeeping System and About Time software
• Handle detailed tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency• Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Must be familiar with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating online meetings and webinars.
• Experience with Concur for managing business expenses is necessary.
• Should have a working knowledge of CRM to manage client relationships effectively.
• A good understanding of Kronos Timekeeping System for tracking employee time and attendance is expected.
• Proficiency in using About Time for mobile time and attendance tracking is essential.
• Should be adept at Calendar Management to schedule and keep track of all appointments and meetings.
• Excellent Communication skills are a must to ensure effective internal and external interactions.
• Ability to manage Conference Calls to facilitate seamless communication across various teams is required.
• Must be capable of handling Correspondence independently and efficiently.
