We are currently searching for an Executive Assistant for a Faith-based Organization. The position is hybrid in Ashburn, VA. This is a direct hire, full-time position.

SALARY: Direct Hire ($95,000-$100,000/annually)

Is This Your Dream Job? The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in our organization, providing essential support to the CEO, COO, Board, and Senior Management. The Executive Assistant's responsibilities span executive operations and divisional special projects, making their contributions invaluable. This fast-paced and varied position requires a leadership mindset, project management skills, agility in a dynamic environment, and collaborative interpersonal ability. The ideal Executive Assistant is a self-starter who takes initiative and can lead various projects from concept through execution while managing executive operations.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making, with attention to detail and the ability to think strategically and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances with composure.
  • Strong relational skills with a team-oriented approach, able to build relationships, work effectively cross-organizationally, and maintain confidentiality.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles, demonstrating progressively increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google applications, Smartsheet, Box, and an understanding of Salesforce.


How You Will Spend Your Day:
  • Provide operational and logistical support as requested by the CEO and COO, including but not limited to schedule management, communications drafting and management, travel planning, and expense reporting.
  • Support Senior Management by conducting research, analyzing information, and preparing briefings to facilitate decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the Board Chair to prepare and organize quarterly (2 virtual, 2 in-person) Board of Directors and committee meetings, including meeting agendas, materials, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with Board and Committee Chairs, Senior Management, and staff to ensure timely board and committee meeting materials.
  • Serve as Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors, attending virtual and onsite meetings to record minutes and manage logistics.
  • Plan the agenda and coordinate logistics for key ministry-wide events, such as monthly All Staff meetings.
  • Support management of charter renewals for national ministries.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned special cross-divisional projects, ensuring performance to schedule, budget, and quality excellence.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project-related challenges, employing critical thinking and creativity to develop innovative solutions.
  • Develop leadership and project management capabilities in preparation for increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
  • Assist the Talent Manager in organizing and hosting company events and annual celebrations, contributing to office culture and morale.
